VISION

To continually educate Cyber awareness and keep abreast about the emerging technologies of cyberspace,to develop club into a model club across the globe.
MISSION

To inculcate Cyber ethics and Cyber security practices among the club members.
To learn the latest trends and techniques in the Cyber world.
To improve the Cyber awareness among the rural people to march towards Digital India.
Preparing young minds towards Cyber security profession.

OBJECTIVES

To conduct technical training programme.
To help the students to master in all tools by hands-on sessions and different competition.
To educate the student community on the capabilities to prevent and respond to Cyber threats.
To help the students to implement security concepts in their academic projects.

Workshop on “CYFER_NET’22 - Hands on Session on Cyber Security Essentials” on 18-11-2022, Friday & 9:15 AM -4:00 PM IST at Alpha hall , Sri Sairam Engineering College. The speakers are Viswa S, Mohammed Farhaan N, Pranaav S - all from IIIrd year, ITdepartment from Sri Sairam Institute of Technology. The student coordinators are Dinesh Sakthi M, Hari Prashanth P, P S Navina Shri - All from IIIrd year, CSE Department, Sri Sairam Engineering College. Around 150 IInd year Students from both Sri Sairam Engineering College and Sri Sairam Institute of Technology participated in the event.
Workshop on “Cyber Security in digital Age (Secure your online identity)” on 25-01-2023, Wednesday at 7:00-8:00 PM IST in Online mode ( Google Meet ) by our Speaker Mr. GopalSamy Rajendran and our Student Coordinator’s Hari Prashanth P - SEC CSE III , Sneha L - SEC IT III from Sri Sairam Engineering College . Around 65 IIIrd year Students of CSE and IT from Sri Sairam Engineering College participated in this event .
On 30th January 2023, the Cyber club and Code club in association with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering conducted an event titled “History of the classic cipher (From BC to AD)” at Computer Centre V, Sri Sairam Engineering College from 10:00 AM – 12.00 PM. The guest speakers of the day – Mr. Boopathi Kannan and Mr. Sadhesh Kumar Nehru took over the session and gave an introduction about cryptography.
