Sairam NSS unit conducted an event “CLEAN & GREEN ENVIRONMENT”,where 120 volunteers cleaned and planted trees at thirumudivakkam area on 16/02/2022.

Introduction
On account of Republic day(January 26th,2022)Sairam NSS conducted event”Raise of the republic & Stamp collection”,With help of volunteers conducted 3 rounds of quiz and many events with stamp collection of 428 participants of Sairam and other colleges with chief guest Dr.M.Dhamotharan.

Activity 4 : Teaching Android Mobile Usage for Senior Citizen

Introduction
Sairam NSS conducted an event , “Teaching Android Mobile Usage for Senior Citizen”,where our NSS volunteers went to senior citizen’s house and thought about android mobile on 13/12/2021 & 19/12/2021 with help of 4 volunteers.

Our Nss volunteers teach the usage of android mobiles to the senior citizens.

Activity 5 : Human Rights Day Awareness

Introduction
The Sairam NSS unit conducted a mega event,”Blood Donation Camp”,where Sairam students,teachers,alumni donated 1024 units of blood with help of doctors and 100+ NSS volunteers on 03/12/2021.

Activity 7 : Plastic Awareness Rally

Introduction
Sairam NSS conducted the event “Plastic Awareness Rally”,where 120 volunteers made the placards using sketches and pens enthusiastically on the subject of plastics and made a rally from Somangalam road to dharkast road on 25/11/2021.

Activity 8 : Clean India Campaign(Lake Cleaning)

Introduction
This is the event “Clean India Campaign (Lake Cleaning)” conducted by Sairam NSS,where 50 volunteers cleaned a lake filled with plastics and wastes on 25/10/2021.

Introduction
The Sairam NSS conducted “Clean India Campaign (Tambaram Railway Station)” in which 60 volunteers cleaned Tambaram railway station by removing wastes and plastics for 5 hours on 22/10/2021.

The Sairam NSS conducted “Clean India Campaign (Forest Cleaning)” in which 60 volunteers removed wastes and plastics for 5 hours on 19/10/2021.

Activity 11 : SDG AWARENESS RUN – Closing Ceremony

Introduction
“SDG AWARENESS RUN-Closing Ceremony”,conducted by Sairam NSS ,Master. SARVESH who is determined to run and cover 750 kms from Kanyakumari to Chennai for a noble cause to bring global transformation on 16/10/2021 with 26 volunteers.

Sarvesh being awarded for the SDG Awareness RunTamil Nadu chief minister M. K. Stalin facilitated Sarvesh who created awareness on SDG goals.

“FIT INDIA FREEDOM RUN 2.0”,As a part of Azadi ka amrit Mahotsav Celebrations and Fit India freedom run 2.0, our Sairam NSS organized a mini-marathon and a cycle rally for the school and college students of 4 km at 13/08/2021 with help of 25 volunteers.
