Sri Sairam Engineering College, in association with IEEE Sairam, successfully conducted the IEEE Foundation Day Celebration 2026 on 16 February 2026 at VRR Hall. The event highlighted the significance of IEEE and celebrated its remarkable contributions to technological innovation, advancement, and professional growth.

The programme was graced by T. S. Rangarajan, Chair – IEEE LMAG (2024–2025), Madras Section, and Former Chairman – IEEE Madras Section (2012–14), who addressed the gathering and shared valuable insights with participants.

Conducted under the guidance of Sai Prakash Leo Muthu, Chairman & CEO, Sairam Institutions, along with the Principals and academic leadership, the celebration served as an informative and motivating platform for students and faculty to explore IEEE activities and opportunities in engineering and technology.
