The flagship event of MHRD Institution’s Innovation Cell titled “Regional mentoring Session for Proof of Concepts (POCs)” was held and hosted by Sri Sairam Engineering College on 31st July 2019. Mr. Elangovan Kariappan, Mr. Ankush Sharma from MHRD and Mr. Vivek and team of Forge Pvt Ltd chaired the inaugural session and gave their valuable inputs and guidance’s to all the participants. On an overall totally participants from 33 institutions across the state attended the event which included even Medical, arts and Science, Deemed Universities along with Self Financing Institutions.
The inaugural function was then followed by the mentoring and pitching sessions wherein the participants actively involved themselves in preparing business models for their ideas and finally presented in front the jury. On an overall the event was a grand success and participants really benefited a lot from the session.
