On 06th March 2026 JCI Chennai Sairam Institutions 2nd Installation Ceremony launched its new Local Organization Chapter on 06th March 2026 under the mentorship of JCI Vellore. The ceremony opened with formal JCI proceedings led by JCI.PPP Anirudh Sistla, JFD Mr.Vijayganesh,JFS L.Adesh Surana, Dr. Sai Prakash Leo Muthu delivered an inspiring keynote on youth empowerment and leadership. Fifty-one members took their oaths, and the Incoming President Mr. JC.Richard Roshan.S and his team were installed.
The interactive workshop on “Decision Making & Problem Solving” held on 27th March 2026 was organized to bridge the gap between abstract analytical concepts and practical execution. Led by Mr. PremAnand Pandian, a seasoned subject-matter expert, the session focused on transforming how individuals approach challenges in both academic and professional environments.The event opened with an insightful overview of why conventional, trial-and-error problem-solving often fails in complex scenarios. Mr. Premanand Pandian introduced participants to the core stages of modern problem-solving: framing the issue accurately, gathering relevant data without falling into “analysis paralysis,” generating multi-perspective solutions, and systematically selecting the optimal path.
Students to experience a real-time parliamentary simulation, complemented by a structured CAPP (Chairmanship and Parliamentary Procedures) held on 15th April 2026 was organized stepping training session; students undergo targeted instruction on standard parliamentary rules of order. They learn the responsibilities of the Executive Bureau/Chair, how to file motions, points, and amendments, and how to maintain parliamentary decorum while managing time and speakers effectively. Students step into the roles of parliamentarians, ministers, and opposition leaders. Facing realistic, multi-faceted policy agendas, delegates engage in dynamic caucus discussions, deliver formal speeches, debate proposed legislation, and vote on resolutions in real time.
JCI YOUTH PARLIAMENT stepping into the committee sessions, held on 15th April 2026 was organized, students undergo targeted instruction on standard parliamentary rules of order. On 19th May 2025 JCI Chennai Sairam Institutions launched its new Local Organization Chapter on 19 May 2025 under the mentorship of JCI Vellore. The ceremony opened with formal JCI proceedings led by JFM John Mosess. Dr. Sai Prakash Leo Muthu delivered an inspiring keynote on youth empowerment and leadership. Fifty-three members took their oaths, and the Incoming President Ms. Shajeedha S and her team were installed. With an address by the JCI World President and heartfelt felicitations, the event concluded on a proud and promising note
On 22nd August 2025 JCI sairam Drawn by the desire to lead, serve, and create impact, we found ourselves at the threshold of a new journey into JCI Sairam. These moments captured how it all began, connecting with inspiring mentors, learning the values of JCI, and embracing opportunities for growth and service. The foundation was laid not just through formalities, but with the shared vision of shaping ourselves and our community.This is where our story started guided by experience, united by purpose, and ready for all that lies ahead.
On 19th September 2025 The “Effective Public Speaking” programme by JCI Chennai Sairam turned out to be a highly impactful learning experience. JCI Senator A. Sheik Nazar’s expert guidance helped participants build confidence through practical speaking drills and meaningful feedback. The session empowered everyone to overcome stage fear and communicate with clarity and conviction. His motivating approach inspired members to step beyond their comfort zones and strengthen their leadership presence. The enthusiastic participation made the event memorable and set a strong foundation for continued growth in the JCI community.
On 16th October , 2025, JCI Chennai Sairam proudly hosted Dr. H. Richard Raj, esteemed National Trainer and International Corporate Trainer, for an intensive session on Grooming, Etiquette, and Effective Presentation Skills. Participants engaged in hands-on training that sharpened their personal presentation, refined their professional behaviour, and boosted their confidence to communicate with impact.
JCI Chennai Sairam successfully conducted the LDMT programme on 11th November 2025, offering members a clear understanding of JCI’s structure and leadership roles. The trainers delivered focused insights that helped participants recognize effective pathways for active involvement in the organization. The session reignited enthusiasm for chapter development and highlighted the importance of each member’s contribution. Attendees left the training more confident, informed, and prepared to create meaningful impact within their chapters.
