The programme was inaugurated with the Presidential Address by Dr. Sai Prakash Leo Muthu, Chairman & CEO, Sairam Institutions, setting the tone for value-based leadership and lifelong learning. The event was further enriched by the Chief Guest, Ms. Brooke Judd, Senior Director, FranklinCovey, USA, who delivered an impactful session on college readiness, offering global perspectives and practical insights for student success.

An engaging session on the Teaching–Learning Process through the 7 Habits, led by Dr. Kannan Greesh, reinforced the importance of self-leadership, discipline, and adaptability.
